One of the hardest parts of living under a pandemic is the disappointment of the cancellation of all the fun school events that fill the spring schedule. The flip side of that coin is the creativity that can emerge from that disappointment. Thankfully NIS is full of nurturing, creative teachers and imaginative, dedicated students. The old adage, “the show must go on,” was a mantra to live by.
Led by Ms. Rach, Arthur Miller’s play, The Crucible, did go on in the form of a Radio Play. Her beautiful description of the process and the mp3 recordings of the entire production can be found on in Haiku HERE. We invite you experience the production in this old-made-new format and admire a group of dedicated students and their teachers for insisting that the show did go on.
