Thank you for completing the online Withdrawal Form and for letting us know of your intention to withdraw your child or children from NIS. If there are any special confidentiality requests regarding your plans or timeline, please contact the Admissions Office directly as soon as possible (admissions@nis.ac.jp).
 
NIS has different checkout procedures for different divisions, and parents are asked to be in contact with the Academic Office for details about all academic-related withdrawal procedures. The Academic Office coordinates the preparation of transcripts or reports, and at least two weeks is required to prepare any recommendation forms that may be required. Please contact the Academic Office directly with any questions concerning checkout forms, final reports or recommendations (academicoffice@nis.ac.jp).
