2016 Walkathon Organizations

Organizations Receiving 2016 Funding

Through the ACCJ/NIS Walkathon we are able to support various charitable organizations in the region that, in turn, provide support for children in local orphanages, the homeless and others in need throughout the Chubu region. Below is a list of organizations that received support in 2016 at a ceremony held at NIS on Oct. 5, 2016 and organized by NIS NJHS/NHS students. An additional 10 million yen has been set aside to donate to the Chubu Children's Fund, which will support children in orphanages in Nagoya in a variety of ways.
