The NIS Community Raffle!

As a non-profit school, NIS is dependent upon tuition and fees to operate, and like all schools, we need additional support to enrich the services we provide. NIS has been fortunate to enhance the learning environment for all classes by purchasing equipment, technology, and learning materials through the PTA and school events and activities in the past.
 
One of these traditional events is the NIS Community Raffle, an annual event administered by the PTA and supported by the school. Prizes are generously donated from supporting friends or organizations in the school community and also from local businesses. Students and parents work hard to sell raffle tickets. The drawing has typically been held at a special event, like the Christmas Bazaar, or as was the case in February 2020 - at the first-ever PTA Soirée held at the Hilton Nagoya.
 
However, due to COVID-19, the NIS Community Raffle is on hold for the foreseeable future, as with many other activities. We hope that this will return as a normal part of the school calendar soon, so please stay tuned!
